Official Rules

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Apple is not involved

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of yolkit. Apple is not involved with yolkit in any manner. Apple does not run, judge or administer any part of yolkit. Apple provides no item and has no liability to you for yolkit.

1. Who runs yolkit

Studio Vala LLC runs yolkit. Studio Vala LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. In these rules, “we”, “us” and “yolkit” mean Studio Vala LLC.

Write to us at Studio Vala LLC, 611 S DuPont Highway, Suite 102, Dover, DE 19901. Email us at support@yolkit.app.

Studio Vala LLC is the only sponsor of yolkit. No other company runs yolkit or sponsors it. yolkit is not related to the companies that make the toys. Those companies do not endorse yolkit and do not sponsor it.

2. Who can use yolkit

3. What yolkit is

yolkit is a retail store in an app. You buy toys. Every toy is a real physical item.

You do not know which toy you get before you buy. The app selects the toy at random from a list that we publish. This is the same as a blind box, or a pack of trading cards in a shop.

Every purchase gives you one real item. There is no losing result. There is no empty egg. You always receive goods. You never receive nothing.

4. How to take part

  1. Open the app. Confirm that you are 18 or older. Accept the Terms of Use.
  2. Add money to your yolkit balance with Apple Pay or a payment card.
  3. Select an egg style. Read the odds. The app shows the odds before you pay.
  4. Pay the crack price. The app always shows the price on the button before you pay.
  5. Swipe across the egg to crack it. The app shows you the item that you bought.
  6. Keep the item, ship the item, or sell the item back.

One crack gives one item. Every crack costs the same. The price does not change with the item that you receive.

5. How the random selection works

Every item belongs to a tier. The tiers are Common, Rare, Chase and Secret. Every egg style publishes a chance for each tier. The app shows the real numbers for the style that you select.

Our server selects a tier at random when you crack. The server then selects one item at random from the items that are in stock in that tier. If a tier has no item in stock, the server moves down to the next tier that has stock. The app corrects the published odds to match. The app never shows odds for an item that you cannot receive.

You see the odds on the egg style screen, under “Your chances”. You see the full item list on the “What’s inside” screen. Every item in that list can come out of the egg.

6. The items and their values

The items are physical toys. Examples are fidget toys, squishies, plush toys, designer collectibles and sealed blind boxes.

Every item shows a listed value in US dollars. The listed value is the price that we see for the same item, new and sealed, from a public retail seller in the United States. We check that price when we add the item, and again when we restock it. Market prices change. The listed value in the app is the value that we use for sell-back and for any refund.

7. Your shelf

A new item goes to your shelf and stays there for 7 days. In those 7 days you can ship the item to your address, or sell it back for its full listed value.

If you do nothing for 7 days, we sell the item back for you and add the full listed value to your balance. You do not lose value. You lose only the option to ship.

8. Delivery

9. Sell-back, balance and cash out

You can sell an item back to us. We pay the full listed value to your balance immediately.

Money you add, and free credit we give you, is store credit. Credit is not money. You cannot withdraw credit, transfer it, or exchange it for cash. You can spend it only inside yolkit.

Money we pay you for an item you sold back is different. You can keep spending it in yolkit, or you can send it to your own U.S. bank account by bank transfer. Credit is always spent before this money. The app shows how much of your balance you can send, the minimum, and the daily limit.

We review every bank transfer before we send it. We can ask for identity or tax details first. We can refuse a transfer that we think is fraud or abuse. Money that we do not send goes back to your balance, including any fee.

A standard transfer is free. It usually arrives in 1 to 3 business days. If your bank supports instant transfers, the app also offers an instant transfer for a flat fee. It usually arrives within minutes after our review, on any day. An instant transfer cannot be recalled once it is sent.

10. If an item is not available

Sometimes a maker stops production, or stock fails before we ship. If that happens before the item ships, we return the full listed value to your balance. We usually add one free crack as an apology. We tell you in the app, and the record stays in your wallet activity.

We may replace an item with a different item of equal or higher listed value. We do this only if we cannot supply the original item, and we tell you when we do. We do not owe you a specific item. We owe you the value of the item.

11. Cracks are final

A crack is a completed sale. We cannot undo a crack and we cannot refund one. If a technical fault stops a crack, our server records decide the result. We never charge for a crack that did not complete.

12. Taxes

We collect sales tax where the law requires it. You are responsible for any other tax on the items that you receive, and for any tax on money that we pay you. Where the law requires it, we report payouts to tax authorities and we ask you for tax details before we pay. We do not give tax advice. Ask a tax adviser if you are not sure.

13. Fair use

Do not cheat. Do not use software to play. Do not use a fault to gain an advantage. Do not try to change the odds. Do not use yolkit for any unlawful purpose. Hold one account only. We can suspend or close an account that breaks this rule, and cancel free credit in it.

14. Your account and your privacy

yolkit makes an account on your device. You do not need to sign up. Add your email address to protect the account. Without an email address the account lives only on that device, and you can lose it with the device.

We handle your data as our Privacy Policy describes. We use your address only to ship your items. We use your email address for service messages, and for news only if you agree to news.

15. Limitation of liability

yolkit is supplied “as is”. To the fullest extent that the law permits, we give no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent that the law permits, our total liability to you is limited to the money that you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect loss, for loss of profit, or for loss of data. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not permit us to limit.

Apple has no liability to you under these rules. Apple gives no warranty for yolkit.

16. Changes and end of service

We can change these rules. We announce important changes in the app. If you use yolkit after a change, you accept the new rules.

We can stop yolkit at any time. If we stop yolkit, we ship or refund every item that you hold.

17. Governing law

The laws of the State of Arizona, USA, govern these rules, without regard to conflict of law rules. Some states do not permit some of these terms. If a court finds one term invalid, the other terms stay in force.

18. Contact us

Email support@yolkit.app, or write to Studio Vala LLC, 611 S DuPont Highway, Suite 102, Dover, DE 19901. Include your order number for a question about an order. For anything else, include your account number. The app shows your account number in Settings.

19. Where to read these rules

These rules are always in the app. Open Settings and select “Official Rules”. You can also read them on this page.
